By accessing BioSync or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

BioSync is a health intelligence platform currently in development, scheduled for launch in Q1 2026. During the pre-launch phase, we operate a waitlist for early access notifications.

3. Waitlist Terms

• No Guarantee: Waitlist position doesn't guarantee access to the final product
• Early Access: Waitlist members get priority access and exclusive pricing
• Communications: We'll send product updates and launch notifications
• Opt-out: You can leave the waitlist anytime by emailing hello@nument.ai

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BioSync only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our service for any illegal or harmful activities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our service

• Your Data: You retain ownership of any data you provide to us
• Trademarks: BioSync and Nument.ai are trademarks of Nument.ai, Inc.

7. Service Availability

• Pre-Launch: Current waitlist service available 24/7
• Maintenance: We may perform maintenance with minimal notice
• No Warranty: Service provided "as is" without guarantees

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nument.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BioSync.
